Dislike 1. Most of Town Taxi drive don't know this hotel location (need to mention behind OCBC Bank, near Masjid Jamek LRT station), No Jalan Melayu sign board only Jalan Masjid India 2. Traveller must remember the room price published on Booked.net NOT yet include tax. 3. Booked.net (if applicable show the hotel contact phone numbers, for double confirm / for travellers to double check either their booking confirm?).

Its a nice hotel in terms of location and clealiness.

but we had issues with the room booking. We booked a bigger room but was given a smaller room. The hotel staff claimed that the bigger rooms were all occupied. So my main question was why is there a booking system when the hotel don't pre-block our bookings? And to sum it up how I find their service, they did not reply me when I emailed them my feedback about this issue.

Did not like it . Could not turn up till 10.30 pm because of delays booked in was so tired then was told I would have to be up at 7. 30 am to get a breakfast voucher staff not very friendly. Room was a bit smelly small had to stay one more nite waiting for a flight will never go to that hotel again

It was convenient to everything I was interested in.

The safe did not work, the towels need upgrading, they were stained, had holes and smelled musty.

Location is great, next to lrt masjid jamek. Plenty of good food courts around especially indian food. Found a laundrette too, that is cheap esp with a family. Good staff, and cleaner. Very helpful. Pick up a lrt card for 10 myr and life is easy great maps,

Room are budget oriented not much space , 25% bigger than tunes hotel.

For us the location was great as it was next to the railway station and also handy to Chinatown. The room was a good size-not small and plenty of room to move in. The bed was comfortable, and the air con unit was very good. The large TV was as unexpected bonus. Cleanliness of the room was excellent. We would stay again.

We felt there should have been plenty of toilet paper available. They seemed to be skimping on this. The vouchers for the breakfast should include an option for a western breakfast. Places we were sent to for breakfast let the Hotel down. Hand soaps should have been provided and at least warm running water to the basin.

Should stop someone/customer bringing durian to their room. Can't stand the smell of it.

- Hotel room smelt a bit as smoking is allowed - Breakfast is not in the hotel, you get given vouchers which can only be used in Indian cafes so I had had breakfast at Mcdonads - Wifi was very very slow - Noisy location - mosque or temple woke me up very early in the morning - Noisy room - You can hear everything outside your room - Reception asked me to "top up" my deposit the night before I was due to check out and told me wrong amount to pay - Some towels not changed, just folded and put back on the rack

Near shopping a lot variety along the way....

Great location. Wonderful Indian food next door.
